**NEW IN 2022:

Join me for, “Connecting Ceramics to Science,” an Art Retreat for Educators workshop at SnowFarm The New England Craft Program, June 24-27, 2022. In this special program, we will explore the connections between science and ceramics, building inspiration from symmetry and design motifs found in nature. Through our work with clay, we will explore the interplay of geology and chemistry in ceramics. All levels welcome! We will endeavor to fire some of our creations during the workshop; others may be eligible for post workshop bisque firing.

**ONGOING INSTRUCTION AT THE STUDIO:

Typically, I offer instruction via individual lessons or small group classes to Beginners and Experienced students. Scheduling is flexible according to my availability and the needs of the student(s). Beginners learn all aspects of working with clay from hand building techniques to wheel throwing and glazing. All ages from 7 years and up. Experienced students expand your skill set and learn new techniques. All ages from 7 years and up.

Each class/lesson revolves around a particular theme and starts with a short discussion and viewing of pots that embody the related topics, giving learners an opportunity to derive inspiration from artists around the globe.
